Why?

Why are so many things I like bad for me and so many things I don't like good for me?

I like pizza, popcorn, cheeto puffs, cheese, etc. - in general I like to eat, yet looking at my body it seems to be bad for me.

I don't like going to the Fitness Connection, yet understand that it is supposed to be good for me.

ARGH!
